Microlite Corporation is announcing that on Saturday,
December 31st, 2016, all BackupEDGE 2.x products will reach the end of their support life.
Phone support has already ended, as Support and
Maintenance Subscriptions for our BackupEDGE 2.x products have all expired. As of January 1, 2017,
email support will also end.
We don't want anyone to be without support, so we've lowered
the price of the BE3PUL upgrade from $250 to $200. This will still include a one year Support
and Maintenance Subscription (SMS).
This is your opportunity to get a major upgrade at a bargain
price. You can pay just $200 now, instead of $500 later, to
get BackupEDGE 3.x.

Friday,
December 30th will be the last day that upgrades
from BackupEDGE 2.x to BackupEDGE 3.x will be available for sale. After that date,
licensed users will be required to pay the full retail price
of $500(US) to move from BackupEDGE 2.x to BackupEDGE 3.x.
Emergency
call-in support for BackupEDGE 2.x products
will remain available at our consulting rates. This is
currently $250.00 per hour billable in half hour increments.
